right now its a possibility. I had to convince my sponsors that I could go to the CT nationals this weekend because of a family emergancy. (not really just wanna go to wildwood instead of ct) But next week im supposed to go down to TN for another national which means leaving thursday morning. If I can get out of that one as well than ill be there.

was a GREAT night for racing! track prep kinda sucked, but other than that, you couldnt ask for a better night at atco. was overcast so most people didnt bother coming, although it never rained a drop and humidity wasnt all that bad, so could make plenty of passes.
there was a nice cool breeze blowing up the pits, so me and fast freddy would park with the noses facing the breeze, cool down for about 1/2 hour then jump into the staging lanes when they called drivers to the cars. 5-10 minutes in the staging lanes then make a pass. I think I made a pass every 40 minutes. Some nights at atco its a pass every 2-3 hours!
Previous best on my street tune at atco was like 13.3 @ 104 with a mid 1.9 sixty foot and hooking pretty well. Ended up dropping around 4 tenths to three consecutive low low low 12.91 @ 107 passes with still a mid 1.9 sixty foot time this time spinning like crazy, and still on the street tune. If i could hook and really put the converter and gears to work, i would have easily had high 12.7's on the street tune. knock off the usual half second or so with the race tune, and thats low 12's baby!
cant wait for the fall for JDM day & SSOTN with some cool weather and good track prep! Atco usually blows. there was a 9 second mustang there and he couldnt break the 11's he was spinning so bad!
yeah i would have gone but i had to go to the doctors with the wife. oh yeah did i mention im gonna be a father???

yeah i know! next will be baby proofing the truck!!!
and you better start coming to the meets this summer & fall before the baby pops out and you really do have valid excuses for missing out on all the JHO fun! lol
